Join us in Myross wood house to share what sustainability means to you, ground and declare your intentions for 2024 and find new resources to support you on your environmentally friendly journey.
Laura Leoz is a Cecas volunteer trained in creative therapy and committed to continually developing and learning about sustainability and what it means, both environmentally, and personally for each one of us.
This workshop will start with a silent walk in the beautiful grounds around Myross wood house (weather permitting), followed by a storytelling and movement based exploration of personal and natural resources, struggles and needs.
We will reflect on this experience creatively before having a break for a quick lunch.
To finish, we will create a group image which will help us experience the importance of even the smallest contribution, both in art and in life, as well as give us an opportunity to declare our sustainable intentions for 2024, giving us tools to turn our intentions into actions.
We would like to welcome anybody interested to this workshop, whether you’re just starting your sustainability journey or have been on this path for years, diversity is welcome and encouraged as it enriches our experiences, just as it does in nature.
Light lunch will be provided, so please let us know of any allergies or accommodations needed when reserving your spot and remember to wear appropriate clothing (and footwear) for the silent nature walk.
Declare your sustainable intentions and create the life you want for 2024.
