Blissful Breathwork & Meditation by Candlelight

About this workshop:
This workshop brings focus on breath awareness while teaching breathing practices that help to down regulate the nervous system, improving flow state and quality of life. We learn to become more self aware and present in our mind and body.
Inspired by my weekly classes, during this workshop you will relish in an extended relaxation time, where you can switch off and simply be in the moment. Soaking up the healing words of guided meditations and sounds of Koshi Chimes in a beautiful cosy candle lit space.

Meet your Facilitator:
Natasha is a breathwork instructor, Shamanic Practitioner and Energy Healer with a background in arts and education. Her breathwork classes and workshops blend a mix of ancient pranayama practices with functional breathing techniques, guided meditations and sound. Each session is unique and held in sacred space.
Throughout her career Natasha’s joy has been helping people reconnecting to their true selves. This aspect of ourselves can often get lost in today’s modern, hectic world. It’s important for us to take the time to slow down and reconnect, the breath is a natural tool we can use to do this.
